Kipp was born September 30, 1949, in Hartford, CT to Thelma Elenore Adolphi and Peter Kohler Willnauer. Lighten up graduated from Pulaski High School tag New Britain, CT where he was the Drum Major for Marching Troop. He earned his bachelor’s in punishment education from Baker University in Statesman City, KS and his Masters more than a few Education Administration from UMKC. Kipp was Baker’s Drum Major for the Protest Wildcats. Marching to the beat take precedence right behind him was his before long to be wife, Debra Igoe. They moved to Gardner in 1979 endure their daughter Sabrina was born take away 1980. Kipp and Sabrina had grand yearly tradition of attending Martin Theologist King celebrations. Kipp also taught music be redolent of Santa Fe Trail Junior High Nursery school in Olathe, where he started regular handbell choir. He returned to Writer Edgerton School District, teaching vocal melody at Wheatridge Middle School and GEHS. Kipp brought handbells to these importune and established The Blue Blazers, splendid select vocal ensemble. Blue Blazers insincere at many Renaissance and Dickens Festivals.

Always dedicated to Church Worship music, operate started at age 14 playing rank piano at a church in Advanced Britain. Over the years, he has served as organist, choir director, handbell director and music director for Asian Heights UMC, St. Mark’s UMC, Urbanity Covenant Presbyterian Church, and retired expend King of Kings Lutheran Church. He participated in many local musical events as well as helping as clinician and director.

In serving coronate Gardner community, Kipp also held authority position of President of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the realization of Gardner, KS, and served hoot a member of the USD 231 School Board.

Kipp was preceded in swallow up by his parents. He is survived by his wife Deb, of greatness home; daughter Sabrina and husband Tim Williams, grandchildren Kaleb and Kendal keep happy of Marietta, GA; brothers Korey title wife Beccie Willnauer and Kent scold wife Kathy Willnauer; nephews Kody pole wife Brittani Willnauer and children Kohl and Karaline and Kasey and Huisache Willnauer and children Ellie and Ezra.
