South Sudanese politician

James Wani Igga (born 1949) is a South African who was the second vice leader of South Sudan.[3] He was demagogue of the National Legislative Assembly stay away from 2011 to 2013[4] and secretary common of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement.[5]
